We had a great End of Year Meeting for the Cape Haze Social Club. Due to the changing “times” we wanted to let those that did not attend that it was voted on unanimously to change our Cape Haze Social Club to be changed to a committee format. This transition will be effective Sept. 1st.
Not to worry! – We will still have FNS, Super Bowl Party, Christmas Party, New Year’s Brunch, Cape Haze Merchandise, Donations to Homeless (Food & Clothing), Lunch Bunch, Activity Events at the Community Center, Bridge, Library, Aerobics and any new activities that you can think of!
We need a committee to determine the direction of the group from social club to Social Committee of CHPOA. We need to know who is wanting to assist in this transition committee.
Thereafter, we still will encourage – and here is the exciting part…………. Not only can we ask “the Members of CHS- but now the entire community can be involved and part of this transition.”
So, please send me your thoughts, and let me know if you are able to assist those already on the “Transition Committee”!!!
