Membership Meetings

There are three regularly scheduled meetings of CHPOA's membership each year.  The annual meeting, held in January of each year, is the time when new directors are elected to the Board and budgets for the coming year are approved.  Two special meetings, held in the fall and spring, are used for reporting from the Board of Directors to the membership and for general discussion of issues and direction. 

Please note that, in a departure from our historical practice, the time for all three meetings has been changed to 4:00 PM in the afternoon.

As needed, additional membership meetings may be scheduled with adequate written notice to the membership.  Such notice will be mailed to members as well as posted on this site.

Don't forget that the Women's Club is sponsoring a community service project to provide supplies to local food banks.  Each time you attend a meeting or function a the Community Center, please bring one non-perishable food item or paper product.  Please click here for more information.

Voting By Proxy
Members who are unable to attend meetings in person may have their votes heard by proxy.  To download a generic proxy form, click here.
