The Community
Center, is available for use only by full members of
CHPOA.
Usage must be booked in advance with Jeanne Corbin at 697-2274.
No one under the age of 21 may use the Community Center without
full-time, on-site supervision by the booking member.
The booking member, by booking and using the Community Center,
acknowledges full and complete personal responsibility for all
activities in connection with the usage of the property including,
but not limited to:
- The conduct of all personnel using the property
- Returning the property to the condition in which it was found
- Prompt and complete repair or replacement of any damage or misfeasance to the
property resulting from the usage of the property
- Removal of all trash from the Community Center and its deposit
in the outdoor receptacles provided.
The booking member, and his/her successors and assigns, by using
the Community Center agrees to
hold harmless CHPOA, its officers, directors, members and employees
from any injuries, loss or damage they or any user may sustain while
using the property.
