The operations of this association are governed by bylaws written and approved by the membership.  These bylaws have been modified from time to time by vote of the membership as provided in the bylaws.  The most recent version, approved in April 2006, supercedes all earlier versions.  A copy of the bylaws can be downloaded by clicking on the link below.
