The operations of this association are governed by bylaws written and approved by the membership.  These bylaws have been modified from time to time by vote of the membership as provided in the bylaws.  In January 2012 the membership approved an amendment to the Bylaws affecting the number and terms of CHPOA Directors.  This most recent version supersedes all earlier versions.  A copy of the bylaws can be downloaded by clicking on the link below.
