CHPOA Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is
comprised of nine volunteers from our community,
each of whom serves a three-year term.
Terms are staggered such that three directors
retire and are replaced by new directors elected
by the membership in January of each year.
Officers for the current year are then elected
by the new board. In the event that a
director is unable to complete his or her
three-year commitment, the Board of Directors
can elect any CHPOA member to complete the
remainder of the vacated term.
Board Meetings
Board meetings are open to all
association members and are held at the
Community Center at 10:00 AM on the second
Thursday of each month
throughout the year. Please note that this
schedule is different from the one originally
published in the 2009 Residents Directory.
Also, please note the following changes to the
Summer 2010 meeting schedule for the Board:
