CHPOA Membership Meetings

There are three regularly scheduled meetings of CHPOA’s membership each year.  The annual meeting, held in January of each year, is the time when new directors are elected to the Board and budgets for the coming year are approved.  Two special meetings, held in the fall and spring (usually November & April), are used for reporting from the Board of Directors to the membership and for general discussion of issues and direction.  Unless otherwise designated, all member meetings are held at the community center.  Please check the CHPOA calendar for dates and times of all meetings.

As needed, additional membership meetings may be scheduled with adequate written notice to the membership.  Such notice will be emailed to members as well as posted on this site.

Voting By Proxy
Members who are unable to attend meetings in person may have their votes heard by proxy.  To download a generic proxy form, click here
