Life in Cape Haze!
There are always many projects and concerns going on in the Cape Haze area. We will do our best to keep you posted of any Recent News by way of this website, as well as emails. One major concern, as always, is the over development of our pristine and peaceful Cape Haze. County Commission meetings, MSBU meetings and the like will be attended by members of the CHPOA Board and it’s Committee Members. Know that we are doing our very best to protect your interests. Another concern during the offseason is hurricanes! We will use the Recent News page to keep all out-of-towners apprised of any updates to our neighborhood. We are always working on projects involving CAM landscaping and the community center, as well as improving and maintaining security in our beautiful neighborhood. We look forward to seeing all of you at the upcoming membership meetings (please check the website calendar for those dates).
