There are three regularly scheduled meetings of CHPOA's membership each year.  The annual meeting, held in January of each year, is the time when new directors are elected to the Board and budgets for the coming year are approved.  Two special meetings, held in the fall and spring, are used for reporting from the Board of Directors to the membership and for general discussion of issues and direction. 

Most regularly scheduled meetings are convened at the Community Center at 10:00 AM with coffee and doughnuts at 9:30 AM.  Please note that the time for the April Special Meeting has been changed to 4:00 PM in the afternoon.

As needed, additional membership meetings may be scheduled with adequate written notice to the membership.  Such notice will be mailed to members as well as posted on this site.

Voting By Proxy
